How To Make Strawberry Fruit Smoothies

2 cups frozen strawberries (whole or sliced)Strawberry Fruit Smoothies

1 cup of orange juice (fresh squeezed or store-bought)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons honey

1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt

1 banana

1. Put strawberries into blender, add the juice, and pulse the blender to chop up the strawberries.  Add the yogurt, banana, vanilla extract, and blend until smooth.  If the mixture is too thick to pour, add a splash more orange juice and blend into the smoothie.

2. Pour into glasses and garnish with low-fat whipped cream or fat-free whipped topping.

Makes 2-4 smoothies
