This is a great summer drink for sipping outside and watching the world go by. It is not important that an expensive champagne be used, just one that is fairly dry, since the raspberries are sweet. This drink is great for a get together with the girls, or a romantic evening. There are not many cocktails that are any easier to make than this one, since champagne is the only alcohol involved.
Dry champagne or Prosecco
Frozen raspberries
1. Fill a champagne glass 3/4 full with champagne or Prosecco.
2. Float a handful of frozen raspberries on top of the champagne.
3. Serve and enjoy.
